With concern for the health and safety of our staff, clients and community, Capitol Billiards is adopting modified policies until further notice to limit channels for transmission of the novel coronavirus.
We are committed to continuing work since playing pool around an 8 foot home recreation pool table is an idyllic way to practice social distancing. Getting away from it all bu with family is what we’re being asked to do and it’s great for the family unit.
That said, we ask our customers to follow our updated policies until we receive guidance that it is time to return to business as usual.
1 The store will not be open to the public for walk-ins during this time without an appointment 401 232-1331 press 10 when the system answers. If you have parts to pick up, please call ahead and we will meet up at a safe distance to exchange item and payment, You can pay with a credit card over the phone or leave a check. The same goes for dropping off parts for repair. Call ahead.
2 Except in extreme circumstances we will be asking that customers not be present while we work on their pool tables. We will sanitize surfaces when we complete our tasks to leave a safe environment for you and your family.
3 We will increase our availability by phone and email and work on implementing video calling capabilities because we do understand that some things need to be shown rather than simply discussed over phone or email.
While this is a very uncertain time for all of us, we are committed and confident that we will all be able to beat this think America Strong.
